Johanna brings hands-on securities and corporate governance experience across CSE and TSX-V listed issuers, holding a Securities Paralegal Certificate from Vancouver Community College and TSX-V Filings Fundamentals training through the TSX Venture Exchange. With direct expertise in SEDAR+ filings, SEDI reporting, and continuous disclosure compliance, she is ListCo CGG's primary technical contact and lead filer.
Michael Bulva
Co-Founder & CEO
Michael leads operations, systems, and client experience at ListCo CGG, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and the Canadian Securities Certificate. With over 20 years as an owner-operator building and scaling ventures, including as Founder of SoloStrength, he brings an entrepreneurial focus to the infrastructure that lets the firm deliver 7-day availability without the overhead of a traditional firm.
