Do you take on the role of Corporate Secretary or officer of our company?
Not by default. ListCo CGG does not accept appointment as Corporate Secretary or officer of client companies unless specifically engaged to do so — and we'll always discuss the implications with you directly before agreeing to any such arrangement.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. ListCo CGG provides corporate secretarial, governance, and continuous disclosure consulting services. We do not provide legal advice, and we work alongside your existing legal counsel rather than replacing them.
How does “available 7 days a week” actually work?
It's built into every retainer, not billed as a rush or emergency premium. If a filing deadline or closing falls on a weekend, you have direct access to the person handling your account — not a call centre or an answering service.
Do we need to be based in BC or Western Canada to work with you?
No. We serve CSE and TSX-V listed companies Canada-wide. Our service model is fully remote — video, phone, and a secure client portal cover day-to-day governance, filings, and compliance without travel.
How is pricing structured?
Flat-rate monthly retainers across three tiers — Basic, Core, and On Demand — not hourly billing. On Demand covers per-transaction work like AGMs, private placements, and M&A, scoped to size and complexity. Full pricing is provided during consultation.
What if we're switching from our current corporate secretarial provider?
We handle the transition directly with your outgoing provider and transfer agent to migrate your minute book, filings history, and compliance calendar with minimal disruption.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes. We provide bilingual English/Spanish support for cross-border and Latin America-connected issuers.
How quickly can we get started?
Once we've discussed which tier fits your reporting requirements, onboarding — including minute book setup or migration — typically begins within days, not weeks.
Do you work with private companies, not just public issuers?
